Need help with orthodontics

they are trying to extract 5 teeth + give me an expander and spacers bc my jawline is narrow (basically recessed) and im worried extractions will just fuck me up further but my teeth are also insanely crooked + overcrowded it looks like monkey teeth what's the plan here

I cant show it but i can show similar teeth, it looks like monkey / wild animal teeth but my kanines are completely sticking out of my gums and my bottom teeth are small and crowded, and the top teeth have severe crowding. its literally monkey teeth is the best way i can describe it lmao bottom pics are accurate

I got two teeth kicked out in a fight with some cops about 12 years ago. My jaw was already huge at that point though
