Need to get rid of acne

I’ve been eating a mostly clean diet and also no skincare products have really been working for me. I’ve tried tret but it just makes my skin so dry even using the sandwich method. Parents won’t let me take accutane because of the side effects. Any tips?

Use adapalene and benzoyl peroxide
Wash face , use moisturizer and sunscreen daily
if that doesnt work than accutane is your only option

where does it pop up? if its mainly around the facial hair follicles you could have folliculitis which is a dandruff-adjacent condition that gives you red bumps on hair pores. best solution is selsun gold with selenium sulfide, or if you cant get it, normal anti-dandruff shampoo (less effective.) working so far for me.

honestly that could be it, i grow facial hair really fast and have to shave every other day if not every day. I’ll try it out and see if its works thank u
