Hi everyone. recently joined to get advice on skincare but also curious about soft and hardmaxxing my face. i spent years focusing on my body and physique and i'm happy to say i've achieved my body goals so now i want to focus on facemaxxing.

not sure how in-depth this intro should be, but just a quick history: i've used tretinoin since 2020 (various doses, most recently 0.8%) and just increased to 0.1% of tretinoin gel microsphere. i started getting jawline acne in February and tret hasn't been treating it effectively, so apart from an upcoming derm appointment where i might get on spiro or whatever, i want to learn better ways to optimize skin. the guides poasted here have been super helpful and from what ive seen lurking, i like the community :peepoLove:

other things abt me: i've had braces but i think they lowk gave me flared teeth >:( which is annoying.......i've been mewing for years and def believe in orthotropics. i eat rlly clean, don't smoke/vape, seldom drink, and don't subscribe to any diet apart from generally following Ray Peat's and Weston Price's nutrition and health advice. i lift regularly and i'm at the gym most nights. OH also i have curly hair and have finally learned what works best to avoid frizz and style it well, so i could offer advice about that

feels like everyone here is much younger than me LOL i was born in 20th century :hahaa: but i'm an OG online degenerate so i think ill fit in
