Hey just introducing myself and all that.
Looking to get some clear information on how to look after my skin, diet and lifestyle.
In terms of where I'm at now..
Been tracking my sleep for a while for mental wellbeing and physical health
Bit mixed with diet, i generally eat well but can be pretty unsteady with it
Trying to stay fit and look after my body for a lifetime.
