how was the recovery on the rhino? i've been considering it for deviated septum. also for your under eye filler do you naturally have bone to support it and if not how do you like your results?
The recovery wasn’t bad honestly, I also had one of my ears pinned back during the operation and the ear was wayyyy more painful. I only took the pain pills the first few days after that just Tylenol. The black eyes after surgery were gnarly though. I am super happy that I did it. What exactly do you mean by the bone to support it? My under eyes are genetically fairly hollow, so with my skilled doctor he’s able to place it really nicely. The key to undereye filler is going to someone good. It WILL be more expensive but it’s worth it because bad undereye filler is a mess and makes it worse.

i also have genetically hollow undereyes, there's a surgeon my mom goes to that is thankfully fairly good so i'll definitely look into that! i was a bit worried about migration since my orbitals are fairly large- i've seen some bad examples that scared me away from it a bit. tysm!!

I bet you we have similar orbital structure. The fact that he’s a surgeon is very good, they tend to be much better injectors. Don’t worry too much about migration, the under eyes isn’t a high movement area like the cheeks so it won’t move around much. No problem!

In total I paid 17k for the rhinoplasty + single otoplasty. The US is so expensive for surgery, so if you’re outside the US it will be way cheaper.
as long as they work perfectly it's worth it, im planning on getting a genioplasty when I get around ur age

Absolutely worth it, just be sure to do lots of research on the doctor you choose. Good luck with everything!
Would you ever post your face I’m curious about before and after

So glad to have found this community. I’m 25 now and have been maximizing my looks all throughout my 20s. There is ALWAYS room for improvement. So many people in my life just don’t get it and think I’m crazy. I had my rhinoplasty two years ago and really feel it elevated my look and currently have a little bit of lip filler and under eye filler. Looking forward to connecting and getting some recommendations and opinions!
Good job me and u have done more looksmaxxing then any incel on this site

I’m a guy but I’ve also had a nose job and a lip lift and fillers. I have lip, jaw, chin and nasalfold fillers.
Omg my bad!! Either way happy to meet a likeminded person!! How old are you if you don’t mind me asking? I’m definitely gonna get a lip lift when I’m a bit older.

Good for you on getting your finances all in check to be able to afford all that at 18. It seems like a lot of people on here are clowns that aren’t actually gonna do anything to make change and think it’s all a joke.

Thanks yeah I work construction so I get paid well. And yeah they mostly cope with skin care and shit only very few ppl actually plan surgeries and cosmetics but 9/10 they don’t get them done. I got all of my work done before I joined these sites

My before and after, it wasn’t a super drastic rhinoplasty but made a huge difference. These pics are two years apart.

I had considered but cheek and mid face filler tends to migrate down a bit over time, my next move is fat transfers to the undereye and cheeks. Been researching who’s the best facial fat transfer doctor.
U can use hard fillers like dermalax I have those there and the chances of migration are slim. I’d be careful with fat transfer bc they have a really high botch rate and it’s irraversable

I need to look into that filler. I haven’t heard of it. I seen too many girls look like pillow faces from putting too much filler in the cheeks and it scares me. If I can avoid a fat transfers it would be ideal since it’s more expensive because they put you under and like you said high botch rate. I been researching like crazy to find who’s the best doctors. I’m gonna ask my doc about dermalax. Thank you!

I see, I say try dermalax first tbh it’s really good very underated. Girls who get bloated from fillers are either fat so the filler spreads or they get shit like radiesse

Are you in the US? Dermalax isn’t fda approved here so I’m not sure I can get it 😭

99% of ppl here are just a bunch of idiots, some can't even do softmaxes let alone surgery

That’s what I’m noticing. I think I’ll stick to Reddit where people take it more seriously. I also was not aware it’s largely children on here.
I use reddit more to people get surgeries everyday there and know what there talking about

I can fix how you all look.

With my foot.
