well it's not long strides for me, it's the posture angle of the kneecap, the movement does not resemble the fluid, biomechanically optimized stride of the average person. Instead, my gait appears stilted, rigid, and oddly mechanical, almost as if the natural spring system of the lower limb has been partially bypassed. There are several anatomical and proportional factors at play here that can account for this phenomenon.

My legs are disproportionately long relative to my torso, which makes me look retarded. my posterior kneecap angle averages around 45 degrees during forward propulsion. For comparison, the human norm is closer to 20–25 degrees. where the knee functions less like a hinge and more like a locking mechanism, ye I walk weird asl.

The dis-proportionality between my shin length and the positioning of the patella. My shin-to-kneecap ratio leans too heavily toward elongation, which reduces mechanical efficiency, like every step I take looks over extended.
