Having the blinds up im my room makes me so uncomfortable and exposed. Im so used to always having them closed and being scared to see myself in light + mirror, because of my previous bad looks.
When im laying in bed or sitting in my chair I have to constantly get up to check myself in the mirror to make sure im not ugly, because I feel ugly and some part of me still thinks i look like how i looked 2 years ago in bright light.
