no motivation for gym but i must train

only doing it because body recomposition to lower overall bodyfat percentage, and because more muscle = more strength
 
this seems to be a common thing why are people so scared of gyms? i feel at home there

Like part of it is me feeling intimidated by guys there that are just genetically superior in every way. And then it’s also how it feels kinda cucked going to a place every day seeing hot gyals that I’d never hve a shot with, even if I built my dream physique jfl

ive never really had that mentality, when i see a gl guy in the wild it just makes me excited and gives me motivation to grind

Yeah that’s a good mindset to hve

It’s just hard to hve it when u hve traits that greatly limit ur appeal no matter what type of self improvement u do lol
 
I always eat 150g of carbs one hour before my lift and it makes me sleepy at first so I take a 1 hour nap, wake up drink my pre and then go lift
