Rage no sun gives me depression

been praying for times like this where i could wear hoodies outside and not get cooked by the sun but now when i go for walks on rest days i feel depressed asf and low energy, during the whole 2 hour walk i only felt good in the last few minutes bc of the sun

i never felt like shit before though, i actually preferred going out when it was dark and cold with no sun
