It is impossible to. Most people who left still are very blackpill, or lurk the forums.
To leave something is different to forgetting something. You may think: "I moved on." But the moment you see your friends hit on someone more attractive than them, memories, MANY MEMORIES will hit you back; the blackpill, Saint Hamuid, etc, etc.
You cannot leave this. You have actively programmed your brain to be black and white. You'll never see the world as normies do. BluePill? Out of the question. Redpill? Maybe, until you see a Alpha Mega Super Dooper whatever, get cucked by a 6'3 Chad. You'll have moments of autism, and start rambling about looks.
The only way to forget about any of this, is drugs.
