Need to overhaul my entire face, need atleast 150K because I'll need Lefort III and a lot of rhino plus mandibular contouring, genioplasty and likely gonna have to have my chin repositioned along with canthoplasty. Also likely hip fillers too due to bad bone structure or top surgery if I go the other route and lip surgery too. Even then I might be botched so basically its over unless I am willing to get with someone I'll never meet IRL or someone I don't even like or just ropemaxx, I could just accept being single forever too but honestly I could never be happy that way.
