I used to beg and beg my friends to delete a really bad off guard photo of me, when I was just a bit younger. Seeing how I looked to everyone from day to day really made me insecure, and it was the root cause to some of my behaviors such as hiding my face in my shirt when there were too many people nearby. After a bit though, when my friends would take photos, I wouldn't be repulsed by the disgusting monstrosity on screen; in fact I quite liked how I looked. Its a wonderful feeling being able to see yourself through the eyes of others and not be disgusted, I don't deserve to be lucky enough to feel it.
