I’m not going on a crazy bulk. Just want to add some size to my arms and shoulders. Look better in t shirts thats about it.
not even a 50 kcal increase is necessary. you could build optimally in a cut if you're smart about it

I’m like 145lbs at 6’1 man. Far too lean aswell, so can’t rlly use fat storage as an energy source. 100-200 kcal surplus won’t make me put on much fat anyways. I need to put on some weight.
