just a wee bit, thigh gaps all depend on bone structure tho..so if you dont have the bone structure for one wont happen. Also youd have to become severely underweight for this considering your 5’0
 
If you want to do it for male gaze, the one on the left is the goal, but you can build muscles in the glutes/legs area

the one on the right is a delulu goal, you need to be underweight and have serious health issues to get this results, plus men don't want flat ass like that, it's a lie
 
is the end result to ambitious for someone who's 5'0 and 119lbs?
With this weight, you could still loose some fat, but would hardly get into that end result.
 
arent local shops a better option and generally healthier?
and it doesnt matter if it was healthy if the texture of liver is absolute garbage
generally, depends how they treat the animals ultimately
