1 Use a password manager - bitwarden for normies, keepass if you're a cool elliot hacker.
2 Use a vpn - mullvad or ivpn pay for it you broke fuck.
3 remove metadata i like mat2 or exiftool

4 sensitive communication use xmpp

5 Crypto use a good wallet and self hosted monero node

Also tor and i2p
