My only goal on that site is being the nightmare of every user scrolling in the night.
But it wasn't always this way...
So, how did it begin?
One day i got ahold of the function to create my own customized username colors and border colors.
Then i realised - there's truly no limit to the coding shenanigans i can pull off with this newfound power.
It started very innocent. A clean, bright name. It wasn't too much but it was clearly standing out.
But that power.. It consumed me. I got addicted. I spent hours crafting the perfect usernames that would STAND OUT more than anything.
From a clean color, it turned to an animated rainbow..
- but it was too boring, i wanted more.
So it became not just any rainbow, but huge rainbow box
After this point, i also got ahold of ways to alter my avatar border aswell, as you can see.
Then i realised.. Wait! Eureka! I could combine both the rainbow box, and the glowing name!
Which birthed out this little puppy right here.
Eventually I also found out that i could make the glow rainbow aswell - which is something which was never done before.

I was already an outstanding user, someone that you know purely by how their profile looks. I wasn't just another VIP.
But i still wanted more, i wouldn't settle down, so i went even further.
ANIMATED BORDER - this is something that was extremely hard to achieve. You see, i was getting all my colors and borders via a simple plugin, but the plugin allowed 2 hex colors to be used as a border, without any code input.
So in order to have an animated border, i needed to have master input a CSS code into the global site coding.
It wasn't easy, but after around 2 weeks of work, it worked.
I was a moving disco ball.. It was insane. I was the first person in 9 years of the site to posses an animated avatar frame.
And what i found out after, is that if i take many glow layers and make them animated, it makes ANY low end devices completely lag out. Some users on phones couldn't even interact with me without dropping to 5 fps.
This was a nuclear weapon - This is how project flashlight began.
I was going to create a profile, that would literally blind and lag out any user that stumbled on the site.
But all good things come to an end. eventually master thought it was TOO MUCH, and nerfed me, by removing the glow from the frame. Instead only leaving a small, 2 pixel border that was animated instead.
So, with that being pretty annoying, i decided to revamp my profile entirely.
This is where we are now
This username is so powerful, it lags out most devices, not only phones and low-end laptops.
Tens of users complaining, an entire page of profile posts and every thread i post being spammed with "WTF YOUR USERNAME BLINDED ME"
But this is just the beginning, silly goose.
I'm not planning to stop anytime soon. Maybe in 2 weeks I'll subtly increase the glow.. Maybe I'll make it brighter.. Who knows?
