I’m a different person now

I still don’t think bonesmashing meaningfully works, but the eyelid thing i actually have used regularly for short term changes

Eye area has improved also in the last 6 months, but I couldn’t say how much if any is down to that

I actually stopped the eyelid thing since someone gave me a scare.
I just do orbicularis oculi training now

I tried it for a while, not very long admittedly, but the only thing I noticed was slightly wider eyes at rest

Is it worth doing long term?
