ortho cooked me. can we recover?

tldr ortho refused expander after being asked when i was around age 10 (currently 19) and instead decided to shove my maxilla back to my throat. he extracted 4 (???????) of my top row teeth and none on my bottom row.

after my last x-ray my dentist made a comment about this being retarded and my mouth being cooked; she gave me a referral to get a full head x-ray by a different ortho to determine lefort eligibility/corrective surgery.

any way to softmaxx my way out of this? worst comes to worst i just get BSSO and lefort. my maxilla is so fucking recessed that i've resorted to covering my mouth when i smile

OP, here's my serious answer :

There's really nothing you can do you got cooked. You gotta get surgery for new teeth and Lefort for your maxilla. Give solution, it's the check on the right.
