my face fat is so bad although im around bmi 17.6 and ive debloated as much as possible, aqualyx is my only option atp. I have sources but im high inhib and a little scared of the pain + larping allergic reaction to cover up bloating might suck lol. any tips?

ive checked its just fat pads in my cheeks although im mildly recessed
