I noticed I was having a lot of new veinte recently: my thighs, calves, and arms veins spreaded, and new ones appeared on my knees, obliques, and above bellybutton area.
I decided to go weight myself in a pharmacy and the result was 72,8 kg (160.5 lb).
I know the cause: around two months ago, I threw up a food I was eating (random because I didn't ate that much) and since then my capacity to eat food got reduced. My burps have Increased and it's obvius I have some acidity problem that doesn't let me eat the same amount I ate before (I was able to maintain 80kg and one time I bulked up to 85kg when I was on vacation)

The only good thing is that this confirms my face fat is only water retention because it didn't changed
Thoughts?

eat more fruits and vegetables for the fiber, and i recommend eating yogurt👍 it takes time, be consistent with getting enough fiber in and eating yogurt daily
What kind of yogurt is the best? Natural, Greek, or the comercial one? Do you reccomend it with granola?

i love greek yogurt the most, great protein. granola is good if you need to gain some weight since it’s mostly a fat source.

it’s bc u lack lean mass, u need more muscle. lots of skinny ppl face the issue of being very skinny yet having too much fat IN COMPARISON to their muscle/lean mass. skinny and lean are two different things.
