@over0 if the jaw appears wider than the cheekbones, do you want to surgically reduce the width of the jaw with mandibular shaving or increase the width of the zygos with implants? Is there a universal answer or does it truly depend on the face and ratios?

Looksmaxx gpt lies to me and says I am better looking than I am, and somehow thinks reducing midface subcutaneous fat (will require getting super lean and be dependent on my genetic fat distribution as I am unaware of surgery that will reduce face in this area) will make me pop-out with zygos!

@diphenhydramine (RIP) said my zygos are not recessed but I have a deep canine fossa so I will have to shred even harder

not at all a bit on the high side but not bad
My bigonial to bizygomatic ratio is 0.970x, the tool I used which pops out the correct ratios says 0.86x to 0.94x is the ideal range, so I am not sure why it flagged 0.970x as a deviation from the ideal?

its a slight deviation but really what matters is how harmonious your face is, are your other ratios good

My worst ratios actually involve my chin the most (eye separation ratio is not good though). I have a very tall chin, 3.263x chin-to-philtrum ratio, my bottom third is 43.872% of my face, whereas my top third is only 26.975% of my face and my middle third is 29.149% of my face; I suspect the long-chin might also make my jaw frontal angle slightly out of wack by making my jaw look steeper but it's still 83.778 degrees, only a 6.9% deviation from the minimum ideal of 84.5. My midface ratio is 1.074 which I think is fine (and could be a lot worth given my theory that tall men have brutal mid faces) and my FWHR is 1.801 which I also think is fine. However, the lower third also destroys my Total FWHR which is 1.515x 💀

I almost wonder if vertical reduction genioplasty is the move as it could improve a bunch of my ratios and improve my facial proportions

you should probably shave the chin down, but also do you fit the hypermasculine or pretty boy archatype better?

For women maybe
Might be a valid solution for men as well though esp. in severe asymmetries cases not solvable by traditional jaw surgery, for example if there is excess bone growth of the gonial angle on one side

Sounds like a good condition from a psl perspective
in theory but it is impossible to dose and often results in completely unbalanced bone growth with overdeveloped chins and more growth on one side, resulting in a sort of ogre look
