Palate epander

So I finally have a schedule at monday with orthodontist. Since not many people in Croatia (toher than children) have been seen wearing the expanders I wonder how am I supposed to orientate myself in the conversation with doctor. What should I say wha do I want her to put a palate expander in my mouth. How straight forward can I be and can she decide not to do it?

I mean my front 2 central incisors are both chipped so there has to be some problem occuring

Doubt it if it was crossbite you could see better to come with other reasons too

So I just had my appointment. It was disgraceful lol. I had a story where I told her the other orthodontist in London told me I could get hyrax and then the braces. She does expanders usually but told me I had no need for one as my jaw is amazingly developed. I tried mentioning sleep apnea, the wisdom teeth having no room, the chipping of the front teeth etc. She had great contra arguments and explained she would do the braces on upper and lower teeth to fix some assymetries and similar but no expander for me. Wtf do you have to do to be able TO PAY for what you want in this world tf man...im so dissatisfied

She probably knows best tbh if you're already well developed don't worry. Something is better than nothing
