Purely subjective but me personally, I’ll make the most of my youth because what am I gonna do as some wrinkly old man? I won’t be on my deathbed thinking about how I saved 10 years because I didn’t work out. Id probably regret not working out. Also gymcelling saved me from roping

Yes, but why accelerate the time it takes to become an old man. You will have more time as a prime human if you don't stress.

I’m pretty sure I’ll have enough stress working as an engineer and having a family later on in life anyway. I won’t mind speeding aging up if it means I got my dream body throughout it all. Being jacked was a goal of mine since I watched DBZ at 3 years old.

High fat , moderate carb, low protein prob ideal when elderly , or low carb too. it all depends
