I'll take a pic the next time I eat it maybe

Lots of cheese, tomatoes and chicken

You can substitute chicken with minced beef

With that minced beef you add in parboiled eggs and some spices ( I use some pepper and peppers ) if you want

Legit explosion of tastes in your mouth, unbelievably good.

What spices / seasonings do you generally use ?Also what generally do you cook with fat wise? I've tried cooking in animal and butter more when I was on a stricter (lamer) animal based diet, and tasted worse. PUFAs make food fantastic depending on the dish

I don't really like spices so I stick to pepper, some slat, pepper and onions sometimes ( I'm doing exposure therapy with onions )

I don't think it's good cooking if you make spices overpower the main ingredients like the meat so I often dice them up finely and use them sparingly

I mostly cook with olive oil too, sometimes lard but olive oil is easier to work with so I use that most of the time. You also can't really go wrong with it.

Cooking and vegetable oils often have this weird taste to them, regardless if they cause health issues or whatever I stay away.
