JFL People from tropical areas are unfortunate

There are many places where there are no winters. They have 32 degrees sweltering humid heat for 12 months. Feel sorry for them. They don't know what it's like to have winters.

They have diseases like dengue, malaria, typhoid. Very boring areas they live in. Same climate whole year. They don't even get better tasting veggies like peas, cabbage, broccoli, spinach.

Change in seasons gives us thrill.

I am glad to be from Northern plains of India instead of developed Southern states where there is no winter. Alteast we experience chill if not snow.

Max temp can go as low as 12°C and min temp 3-4 degrees. Whenever the min temp goes below 7 degrees, mosquitoes vanish from my room.

Monsoon season is the season of mosquito illnesses.
