I feel like women have been performative loving on the canned fish industry. There's this particular tiktokker, some asian girl, who whispers when she shows off her obscure tinned fish picks that are inexplicably more expensive than the non-tinned version. I feel like hoes are drawn to this vision of a worldly pantry because canned fish don't taste that good...
