My current phone is slowly dying, the battery is ass ,it glitches sometimes ,mainly with it's flashlight ,which sucks cause I would use it all the time.
I been thinking of getting a dumbphone since 2021 ,same year I got my current one.
I even got a 2G(4G but only picks up 2G here) flipphone from 2017 that would run android ..but the problem with that phone wasn't the layout or even getting used to T9 ,but that the sound quality was soo dookie ,there was really no point in using it.
Either way 2G will be discontinued in 2025.
Originally I got a dumbphone obsession in an attempt to cut down my phone use.I don't care about that anymore tbh.
I wouldn't get a dumbphone now cause they're probably cheaply made,it'll be on 4G which probably influences the battery so it's not like it's gonna have a amazing battery life as the old ones , T9 is annoying , and if it runs KaiOS it'll just be a brick with bloatware in it.The only positives of em are that they're smaller.. That's it , that's all I care about.
My current phone is about 6.5" inches ..thats too much !even for an average person thats a lot, and the thing is, newer phones might be bigger,some seem to have the size of a small tablet.How tf can you use your phone with one hand if it's so fucking big?
Just a small phone that's all I ask for ..No crazy technology as if I won't rot on youtube or chrome with it, no high quality cameras I don't care, no crazy amount of space..my current one has 128mb , I'll never use all of em , I'm about to ditch this phone and I only used like half of it.
Just a small phone 4-4.5" inches 5" even!!Tf are phones so big for ,at this point just browse on PC it'll be a better experience anyways.
They're no small phones ,if they are any they're too expensive ..like I only wanna buy that shit to make phone calls that's my only need ,or too gimmicky like damn..I don't wanna look like I was a AliExpress scam victim..Just give me a small phone that runs android that's all.
My plan is getting a 50€ Alcatel phone with a removable battery. I'll be golden then.

I would say more about how phones are so plain or just flat out ugly now, creativity died in 2011 it seems but I'm in a hurry.
