gym is a big one lean bulk+weightlifting 45 minutes cardio 20 mins 6 days a week push pull legs+neck training
braces+proper tounge posture
finasetrde for hair regrowth
orbital training/eyelid pulling/eyebrow shaping
and stop talking and actually start to taking action. (easier said but then but whtver)
and to be more open
wish for me and pray for my discipline.
