So unless someone brings up anything new, it doesn't look like @tulip is going to get banned for now.

Making bait threads are technically not against the rules (for the Off Topic category mainly) and is just general forum culture, and being highly disliked is not a bannable offense. The only 'credible' annoyance I've seen has been related to @TonyDr, and he's not advocating for her ban at this point in time, so I would have no reason to ban her.

Dean has a tendency to ban users and has a very forgiving unban policy, whereas I have a tendency to rarely ban users and have a less forgiving unban policy. You could try your luck with Dean but she'd probably get unbanned soon after.
