Grow lashes, lipmax, shave better. As far as I know fat on nose can't be softmaxxed but maybe hydrocortisone could make some difference, your nose is not that bad.
Eye area is biggest flaw but I wouldn't try to hardmaxx since the surgery for that usually ends up looking uncanny. Try to appeal to Asian lovers ig
