I've been really focusing on improving my posture lately because I've heard how much it can transform your overall look, like making you appear taller and somewhat more leaner, and also more confident. But honestly, it’s tough (for me at least) to stick with it since those bad habits always come back in some sort of way. Recently though, I've started to notice some small changes, and they really do make a difference! I began doing Pilates, and I think it’s helping a bit but I’m not entirely sure if it’s just that or a combination of other things.
