Listen to people who were in solitary confinement for a prolonged time. There are multiple testimonies on YouTube.

Trust in yourself to make your situation a room for independent learning, thinking and overcoming. Since solitude is the only possible place for independent thinking.

If you feel like you are wasting your time or if you are in mental pain, or if you feel unsupported then you can allow yourself to forgive those who caused the pain, who wasted the time and those who are not supporting you. Mainly yourself of course since you are gripping on to the past. Ask for forgiveness then. You shall be free then unless you want to prove that you can't. Then you can think to your past and try understanding if you have behavioral and cognitive beliefs that stem from your core trauma and prolonged exposure to harmful environments. That's really just the last resort though since it opens you up to the heaviest and deepest feelings with the expectation of "healing" from it. Obviously you can do that but it takes a few days. You can feel feelings without any cause. Sometimes I wake up and I feel weird and sometimes I don't. It's not without a cause but I trust myself that I will figure it out for myself, not for "healing".
