I saw my 16 year old pic when I used to sleep like shit and dark circles were visible.

Now it's gone completely after fixing some habits

8-9 hours , and I use a sleeping mask with earplugs too for some reason jfl.

And everyday sleep and wake up at same time .

I feel like giga subhuman next day if no or less sleep and it shrinks 1cm of height too because of spine compression .

It's brutal.
