don't go full r****d and let yourself go in your late 20s, it's extremely likely that you will never recover

been disgustingly fat for over 2 years now and i m starting to realise it will take a life altering trauma for me to get to the state of mind necessary to execute my weightloss plan

Have you tried psychedelics? They can sometimes make you so disgusted with yourself that change becomes inevitable.

But yes, never go full r****d

i haven't, i know it can't lead to anything good considering my non-existent willpower.

in fact, it's exactly alcohol abuse that's to blame for me suddenly becoming 20+ kg overweight after having been perfectly athletic and playing sports 10+ hours per week throughout my entire life

So did you couple it with bad eating habits?
