this thread is mainly for new people in looksmaxxing mainly younger audience who are wondering how psl gods supermodels mog

If you have good genetics then yes your more likely to become a Chad or psl God .

Though it isn't everything in my pov

a good balanced diet of hard meat milk should do good also as it is well known eating hard foods increased the massceter muscle.

good breathing habits from the start nose breathing from the beginning and good posture formed early changing the entire appeal of their faces

angles/lighting

supermodels know the best angels to pose at and amplify good lighting to amplify their features.

caffeine their is a lot more supermodels who are just lean with slight muscle base because they don't need that much muscle to stay lean a lot consistently stay at maintenance and calories deficit plans. plus caffeine which fights the hunger. dire tics to are also used among multiple supermodels

if you have decent bone strucutre then getting lean enough will create that hollow look.

lastly surgery a lot more rare but betting has happened before you cant really tell especially with implants who have gotten the implants and not plus veeners can make you look like a new person. this is more common among actors though then supermodels I feel.

keep in mind this is just what I have researched and observed so I might not be completely right but this is what I think.

veggies are unecessary
It’s because the foods are nutrient dense rather then the fact that they are hard, masseter muscle will be developed normally on nutrient dense food

They don’t teach them JFL
Jaw is formed from nutrients, nosebreathing/posture plays a role but it’s entirely natural as long as there are no environment issues like allergies or pollution
