Most* of these things aren't based off any objective measurements

If your therapist was trained to provide a diagnosis of where people eat a meal at after 12 at midnight, to call ot delayed appetite syndrome, trust me they would.

So you ticked off boxes off some random list and now you have these mental "illnesses"

These psychiatrists also don't help, the most you will get out of then is some garbage therapy session or garbage drugs that will bloat you up ( been there done that )

I would write with more depth and length but I cba now cuz I'm on my phone

The best thing one can do in this situation is improve physiological needs, start journaling or thinking for introspection and then act accordingly

It's not over, unless you let them pull you into this shit and then you start unironically believing that you are special and these problems affect you because you are that wildly different

It can get you in an even worse situation than before

really good explanation, i’ve been journaling a lot recently to try and make sense of my thoughts and behaviors, what is for certain though is that at the very least i’m maladaptive/maladjusted, i’ve just been trying to make sense of everything (and failing)

ye, it's just evaluations based on what they think, but i dont think they say these for no reason, they could have diagnosed me w ADHD to sell me drugs to "fix" it, but they don't

My physch tried to diagnose me with conduct disorder multiple times you can refuse a diagnosis if you rlly wanna
