Thinking about starting gym again getting Sixpacks for summer=lowering the bodyfat=lean body lean face better looking face bones but how about eye hooding? It's fat too? My eyes are not fully bone hooded there is fat as you can see in the video I can't trade these with some abs😭

ye ur hooding is effected by your overall bodyfat.Abs are more important tho.
 
As a general rule of thumb, if the area is not purely muscle, then there's probably fat cells that could, in theory, disappear when losing overall body fat. It's just a very stubborn area and there's also good portion of it that is skin, muscle and blood vessels. So it probably wouldn't be super noticable even if you did lose a lot of weight.

To be fair though, it depends very very heavily on how much body fat you lose, and it depends on your genetics. You cannot pick a spot on your body and decide to lose fat there, so it's kind of difficult.

If it's a concern for you, try losing weight first and then if it doesn't go away consult with a plastic surgeon. Eyelid reconstruction surgery is one of the more common and safer surgeries you could do.
