whats the best workout split in your opinion?
ive been doing a lil research recently, and have been doing a bro split since i started lifting like a month ago but i was thinking of doing ppl or upper lower split instead
my main goal is growing my glutes and legs though, so im not sure how that would benefit my goals bc rn i do glutes 3x a week

That would be fine especially if you want to prioritise legs

When I did UL I did 2 of each

yeah i think thats the most popular but i enjoy working out i do like going to the gym five days a week idk if i'd wanna just do 4 days
why did you stop doing upper/lower
Schedule changed so it fits my week better to do ppl

In terms of rest between days etc
 
anterior/ posterior is the meta trust
or left / right which is more beginner friendly
 
take testerone and tren it will optimize female hormones to look good trust!

There is no miracle training plans esp for girls when their main focus is lower body muscle growth

You could stick to a full body 2 to 3x per week with a big focus on glutes, legs etc mixing different exercises, and avoid junk volume with isolation, keeping it 2 to 3 sets, 3min rest, repping until close to failure etc

There's no "best" split, the best split is the one that is the most adapted to your needs and that you'll follow consistently.

honestly after reading the replies i think im gonna stick to my bro split, though i’ll probably eventually switch to upper/lower
 
i've foung that the best split for me is to train abs everyday, back twice a week, and legs/glues once a week. obv cardio everyday. i think training arms is not a good idea for girls tbh. it can make you look many really quick

hii. so, in my opinion and based on science, ppl/ul or upper/lower are the best. only train your glutes to failure 2x a week, so your muscles can recovery and you still progressing overload. higher volumes of series per muscle group are not needed to make sure you will achieve your goals

apparently high intensity is bad for women but if u rly wanna grow as big as possible do fbeod with lots of focus on lower body

fbeod is really good tho.
but hit workouts are not bad for women, dont worry about that. theres no science evidence that supports this

sounds odd but line up ur gym routine and diet with ur cycle
do a bit of research on aligning gym routines w cycles and ur diet, it helped me a bunch and felt better for it

Make sure when doing ur legs session always start with glutes or whatever you want to prioritise and please try work in the 4-8 rep range with only like 2 sets and don’t do different exercises that hit the exact same muscle
