yes and no, some genes have inherent value, like resistance and immunity to certain diseases etc, and some have inherent disadvantage like being predisposed to mental illness or other heredity disorders, but there's some genes that have no inherent value and can only be seen as superior in our unnatural modern world

i believe individuals can have superior genetics, but population to population the genetics are roughly equivalent
