Having superstitious female family members is so funny cuz they talk about it like it’s a definite thing
like yeah my aunt definitely broke her back because her sister in law said she was skinny once upon a long time ago

I think every good day ends like shit and every bad day starts well.

When I expect bad things to happen they don't. I think the universe is trolling me and idk how to change it

Not at all. But I believe in blessings and curses. Having certain objects or adhering to superstions (knocking on wood etc.) will put you under a curse.

Facts tbh I’ve never had a good without my mom ruining somehow 😩

Uhm not in that way

Were u raised religious or not?
Yes and no. Daddy was raised Southern Baptist and Mommy was raised Roman Catholic. Mommy went through the motions growing up but turned out to be more agnostic than anything. She made a god of her own. Probably thinks he's an old gentleman in the sky that grants wishes. Daddy believes in the truth of Jesus Christ but my mother is his idol. He puts her before God and everything else. When it was just me and him he would tell me of the truth in secret, for which I'm grateful. Memaw, his mother whom I wasn't allowed to see but was allowed to talk to via telephone, would read scriptures to me over the phone growing up.

I never went to church. And I don't believe most churches, whichever denomination they may be, bear any fruit. Though I believe in Jesus Christ as described in the King James Bible. Wherever two come together in his name there he is in the midst of them. God does not dwell in temples built by hands. We are to hear Jesus, as he said his sheep hear him. He is the Word of God, not the Bible.

I am wayward though. I know the truth of God but I am not following it. I must change or I'll be damned.
