Races I love and hate most

100 + 200 are 99.9% genetics while the others allow for people to actually train I feel
Yes. Sprints are all genetics. You either you have it or you don't. Training for endurance is different. You need proper breathing technique, need mental fortitude and run in a rhythm to run long distance. It is heavily dependent on genetics still. People with longer limbs and slender builds are at an advantage.
