Cool idea but didn't worked long term where i worked in the South of France, because women don't have the habit to pay their own drinks, and cocktails are really expensive. Most of these Women-only bars & clubs closed just few months after. As a former barman we know most majority of buyers are men, that's why women can go to the clubs for free and are rarely rejected by the security.
They are "free products" to attract the buyers

but (straight) men would never choose to party in a club just for men. And that's the thing.

You're right, most men go to the bars & clubs just to get laid with the opposite gender
