Let’s say you work at a construction site and every month everybody gets the same paycheck, some workers work early some workers show up late some work hard some can’t be bothered but they all get the same paycheck , now what is the incentive to work if you will anyway get a paycheck? This is why communism doesn’t work, every n***a needs to be on board for communism to be as karl Marx described it would be a “utopia”
