Brutal rating + any advice (ANY advice) on how to improve my face, hair and body would be great :)

I’m on spironolactone for mild hormonal acne + N-acetyl cystine to help with scarring
I would be on accurate but the dermatologist said it’s too harsh for mild acne :(

I’m a lifeguard for the summer and wear sunscreen religiously to keep my dark spots from getting worse + I tan naturally during the summer

I workout most days a week but mainly to stay in shape. I plan to start working out for aesthetics when I go back to Uni in a few weeks

what brands do you recommend?
Use unflavored gelatin
Check @aguachento threads if you want to know why
I'm only let one thread because I'm lazy

You have a nice face, when you get the green light from the doctor start derma stamping for your acne scars, i would do 1.5m every 1-2 weeks. If you want to look more feminine, maybe expirement with gaining a bit of weight to see how it impacts your face and if you also feel comfortable with that, because it may make you look younger and better.

Eat a diet rich in nutrients, specifically vitamin c which i would also apply topically if I were you (I dont have any brands I really like)

Your hair looks great and healthy, and youre just naturally pretty. I think the bangs hide your beauty tho, so avoid them, unless you like them so dont avoid them.

goodluck

you should honestly not do this job if your skin is that bad im trying not to be mean but you could lowkey pass as like 30 or 40

my skin isn’t horrible, it’s getting better with my meds, but obviously i need to put in more work with dark spot and scar treatment.
my last shift is next week so ill be out of the sun a lot more after that

its not the acne its more the wrinkling and darkspots i really think u should see a dermatologist about retinol and how to restore ur skin, a chemical peel may be needed

my dermatologist didn’t say yes or no to micro stamping so ill look into that. i microneedle roll 1-2 times a week each on a different product day. ill look for a vitamin c supplement tbh bc that’ll be easier.
i dont gain weight easily and im walking a lot during the way + exercising, and sweating bc im in the south so the heat is horrible 💔 but ill def try to get up to 125-130 at some point if i can :)
as for my hair tysm! i’ve been doing it up more recently and i love it being out of my face which has helped with my forehead acne

btw gaining weight doesnt mean downing hamburgers, you dont have to gain weight "easily", strength training and a 250 cal surplus is enough. look up tdee calculator to figure out your calories and dont use cal AI.
load up on protein and healthy fats, it's easy weight gain.
ive never really struggled with gaining weight so i know some people have a really low appetite but still, fats are ez calories
