Cool, enter a slight calorie deficit of 500 cals under your maintenance and do consistent daily exercise. Track your calories using Chronometer

I lost 11.5lbs in the month of March, my friends and I are pretty active people and go outside a lot. I've also been consistent w my vyvanse (similar to adderall) should I do more things different?
If it’s working keep on going
