Also not hoping on steroids because when you stop taking them your gains go with them as a natural i stopped for 4 months and kept almost all my muscle mass

meals are ok, clean bulk+mini cuts is good, DB chest press is good but do it incline, lateral raise is good, make sure to do cardio, deadlifting is not all that and RDLs are better if you want to DL at all

the split is mid, I would do PPL personally

so keep in mind that the reason he got gains was training hard and trenning hard, not because he knew a lot of exercise science

I would say that roiding only makes sense when you are young. Using HGH, test, and some kind of dht derivative will grow your bones and frame, which is all that really matters. If you only do a few cycles and PCT correctly, you should be alright in terms of fertility and natural levels. As @MA_ascender said, there are a ton of things in the modern life that cuck your natural T levels, so you could very well start TRT after your cycles earlier, or you could do everything you can to eliminate environmental factors that cause low T and stay natty after your cycles.
 
Currently hgh anastrozole t4 mk677 for heightmaxxing. Might add testosterone but I'm holding off in roids until I'm done heightmaxxing
what is your dosage for HGH? Is t4 really necessary? It just seems extreme and like it has a shit risk/reward ratio. How much height do you expect to gain from adding it?

You didn’t address the t4. I am inferring that you aren’t using it as an ancillary because your HGH dose isn’t crazy high. What do you hope to gain by taking it? Also you know that lego thyroxine is intended to be taken your whole life, right? It can seriously ruin your normal levels

I don't care if I have to take levothyroxine my whole life but I'm p sure I can get back to normal thyroid function. Timeframe 3-4 months. Not pharma but I'm trying to get some prescribed atm

it’s not just that you have to take t4, you fuck up your thyroid and will probably still suffer from the effects even with medication.

it’s true, but how much extra growth do you really expect to gain from that? A half inch of height isn’t worth giving myself a thyroid condition imo. I’ll stick to GH and an AI, maybe some GHRP 2 as well.

That money is better spent on GHRP 2, it will create artificial peaks and valleys of GH release if you inject in the morning and afternoon, plus it keeps the pituitary gland active and will give you way more of an IGF-1 boost than T4, which is what really matters in the end.

You won't become a Chad just by doing roids. That's Basic black theory. Mullets super strong are ridiculous. Soft faces with muscles are still seen as weak and unattractive...

no they can’t. After you get older your osteoblast activity slows down. HGH can help prevent osteoporosis for example, but I highly doubt a 40 year old could get bigger bones from it.
