Ik don't have much info on that one but personally my orhtodoist refreed me from mandble surgery msot likely we which will bring lower jaw forwad basically looking like mewing without trying and imrpove my airways. Mse is willing probably expand the pallate and make your face wider in my guess if you g enough maybe maybe some slight forward face achievements.

it widens your nose and it makes your face asymmetrical and a lot of the time it collapses back again

Sounds valid tbh modern orhtodoist need to be more focused on helping children prevent collapsing in first place tbh

How does it sound valid ? If using for palate deformities it’s ok but for aesthetic reasons it’s trash

but if you ever plan on getting ANY craniofacial surgery, 99% of the time your gonna have to get MSE done before regardless since the window of opportunity of expanding your palate after a surgery is pretty much non existent.

MSE after a craniofacial surgery is just money down the drain

I literally said it’s ok to fix palate deformity but for aesthetic reasons aside from your teeth it’s trash. You get it before surgery only if you have a palate problem cause you can’t get it after
