Replace moderators on this forum with the High Tribunal of Logic

Most moderators currently carrying out their duties are unwilling to do so, I propose creation of an alternative moderator force - High Tribunal of Logic. It would be advisable to examine both of these groups carrying out their duties concurrently and after a month choosing one to keep their privileges
