Serious restrict JFL reactions

Restrict JFL reactions to sentient and intelligent users only
It just pisses me off when someone like @ripskeem JFLs a serious post of mine but when @Reciprocated or @97baHater does it it makes me reconsider my post and hardly spikes my cortisol.
Mods and Admin please consider this , will make it a lot more enjoyable for people who actually put effort into posts
