thinking of trying reta, wondering if any other girls can share their experience am hoping to cut down about 8% of my bf, i don't like the super skinny look but am into the gym and would like to be lean whilst maintaining curves. i know reta is good with fat loss and have looked at trial results but wanted to hear personal experiences (side effects, timeline of progress, etc)

for reference ive been in a plateau for some time, thinking this will accelerate and help but im not really obese or anything just not lean, so not sure if its necessary/worth it.

whats ur current bf % or weight/height?

you could just do a shorter cycle or take a smaller amount of reta

ive been using reta for months now, def recommend. its the best out of all the other glps

i went from 120 (if i remember correctly) this past summer (july, aug) to like 100-105 lbs in december , i am 98 lbs currently (i’m 5’4)
it may be faster or slower for u, it all depends on the person tbh for me it was slow

some side effects, i have some stomach issues now. it can get painful. and sometimes the food sits in my stomach for so long (because reta slows digestion) it rots in there and when i burp i can taste it. (the taste is like after u eat eggs, very sulfury.) it is not easy to ignore, its not a good feeling at all. make sure to eat whole foods mainly, fattier foods like goyslop are harder to digest

140 at 5'7, i want to be 120-30 i think. issue is reta is quite hard to obtain where i am so tryna evaluate if risk is worth it with sellers asw

does it make u want to eat healthier or is it just because of the digestion issue that people are saying this
